Thats a little unfair. While I cant understand why t_ski gave it a recommended award when it clearly doesnt deserve one, its not his fault he got stuck with a crappy product to review.

I have yet to see a review on any tech site that covered every aspect of the product being reviewed that I would like.

I agree with your call of "recommended". It surpasses a good stock heatpipe solution, and is reasonably priced.

The only thing that is questionable in my mind is the effectiveness of the rotating heatpipe.

I disagree, as there are plenty of enthusiasts out there that do anything they can for 1 or two more degrees C. And those are the types of guys that would mount the CPU heatsink so it blows across the chipset cooler for extra performance.

Thing is man, 1c-2c for enthusiasts is only important if thats inside a case. I suggest taking a cardboard box, and putting in a couple fans such as a normal case would have.

Quick, Easy, and Reproducible. Isn't that what all reviewers want?

For 1 or 2c, thats where most enthusiasts who arent completely stupid invest in some better thermal paste, reapply some decent thermal paste, lap the existing HS, or the like. Not go and waste $26
