ZBOX AD-02 Black Screen ! No signal, no response during boot

Dear Friends,

I have been using this little nice pc since 3-4 months and it was performing pretty well.

However, things went wrong when I selected the option in bios "restore user settings" and reboot.

After that Zbox did not boot and there is always blank screen on my samsung lcd tv and also it does not provide any "beep" messages. On the other hand when I remove ram, it beeps 3 times continuously.

As to cope with this silly situation I took following actions which I seeked out from internet/web but none of them drove any result ;

* Remove ram --> system beeps 3 times continuously
* Remove SSD --> no response
* Remove Ram & SSD --> System beeps 3 times continously
* Remove all usb cables, etc but keep only HDMI and power cable --> no response

* Resetting bios by removing battery (following proper procedures) --> no response
* Resetting bios with Jumper (JP1) (following proper procedures) --> no response
* Tried DVi output instead of usual HDMI output --> no response

Can you please share your comments?

It seems that there is a potential motherboard failure issue ?
