Zen Timings not displaying all changes?

I have Gear Down Mode enabled which should show the tCL as 17. I'm confused.

If I recall you can't run an odd number cas latency with Ryzen

So you'll have to stick to 16 or 18

You can set it, it won't run however and defaults to an even number

Gear Down forces even number tCL.

If you want to run odd, run either 2T with GDM disabled, or 1T with GDM disabled.

2T should be about the same as GDM. Pure 1T is harder and requires more work/luck.

You can definitely run odd timings with ryzen I'm doing it rn. I don't use gdm though.

Just noticed you are on a better board and 5600X. This is like a week's worth of overclocking and my timings are as tight as they can go nearly. I'm running 3800. What's your ram?

A very meh 32gb 4000mhz kit of hynix mjr/ajr, this is as fast as I can run them without errors, 1866 and 1900fclk (3733 and 3800mhz ram) both give errors in p95 blend test.
