ZOTAC RTX 2070 Super Twin Fan: Recommended BIOS for zero fan on idle?

I have the following card ZOTAC RTX 2070 Super Twin Fan. It's exactly this one here. Does anybody know what BIOS I could flash to allow the card to turn the fans completely off when the card is idling? The fans are quite noisy at 30% speed when the card is idling and it's quite annoying after a while.

I don't wanna flash any BIOS and brick the card, so I'd rather ask for advice here in the hopes someone can point at least a couple of BIOS candidates that could work.

Having the same issue with the non-super version... Changing the fan profile in AB makes no difference either I imagine... think it's an issue with these Zotac minis, been wondering if flashing to the blower or more risky the AMP! bios might help.
