Roccat Prepares Kova Pure Performance Gaming Mouse

Roccat is preparing its second gaming-grade mouse, the Kova. The company made its debut in the field with the Roccat Kone. Slated for market availability next month, Roccat Kova features a chiseled ambidextrous design. It has a maximum unit length of 12 cm, and maximum unit width of 6.5 cm, and weighs 90 g (excl. cable). The USB cable measures 2 m long. Apart from the main three buttons and the scroll-wheel, the mouse has two programmable buttons on either sides. The sides have GRIPTECH non-slip stabilization surfaces for better grip, and the scroll-wheel has a rubberized surface. It has a multi-color (configurable) illumination system which also provides feedback if mouse settings are changed. Under the hood is a 3200 dpi optical sensor. The Roccat Kova is expected to be priced around the 50 EUR mark.

PP MguireIm more interested in the LCD carrying bag. Ive never seen one thats able to accomodate a full sized 24" and have room for a keyboard. And the funky looking mouse cable h older thingy looks nice too. (Some other things look like a Razer rip off)
It is indeed one of the most awesome things for people who move their systems a lot. I would personally want to see a bag or holder for my rig too, but we'll just wait and see what they come up with next ^^ And I strongly disagree with the Razer comment. I'm a fan of razer too, as I've used some of their hardware, and do really like it, but any similarities are just a coincidence.
WarEagleAUThanks Sate.

It does look like a great mouse.

From the website. It's listed for a November release

As for state side... Performance PC's is the only place that has roccat (they also do International shipping)

They had a big sell on it a while back because they just got the shipment in... I just didn't think of it since they where the only site to have it

Im not really a fan of Razer. I just happend to get this keyboard for free and typically prefer the un-overpriced Logitech gear. Its just to me alot of things from this company look like a different version of what Razer has. For instance one of the mouse pads looks exactly like my Destructor.

A lot of mousepads look the same... I've had an A4Tech mousepad for 4$ that performs almost as well and looks the same as my SteelSeries QcK+... A lot of gaming gear looks alike.

I have the Qck and it's TERRRRIIBBBLEEEE!

For almost the same price I'd get a Razer Sphex. (Which I got, this is my 3rd one after selling the previous 2.)

Everybody is entitled to their own opinion :) I've never had a Razer pad, but for my needs, the QcK+ is perfect. Only thing I don't like is that it gets dirty relatively quickly :s I hope the Taito/Sota don't have the same problem.

What mouse I did like from Razer was the Deathadder of which I still have as a spare mouse.

I still love my G5 and before that the MX518.

But I think i will give this Roccat a go for sure

I also had the G5, and it's still a great mouse, but it's in no way near the Kone...
The only flaw i find in my mouse is the fact that the heaviest weight is 15g.
I'm thinking of making a custom weight about 50-60 grams.
