TUL Corporation, a leading manufacturer of AMD graphics cards, today announces a new flavor to HD5700 series: PLAY! HD5770. PLAY! HD5770 features full digital output solution with Display Port / HDMI/ DVI onboard design; delivers an incredible visual performance at all resolutions. And with the support of ATI Eyefinity technology, PLAY! HD5770 can run up to three displays from one single card and give all gamers a surreal gaming experience.

PowerColor PLAY! HD5770 clocks at 850MHz core speed and 1200MHz of memory speed; with an ultra 92mm cooling fan, PLAY! HD5770 is able to increase air flow in low fan speed, yet still dissipates heat easily from the cooper base, which covers the GPU entirely. This cooler also reduces fan noise and enhances cooling ability to deliver the ultimate gaming performance in a low-noisy, and cool operating environment.

“PLAY! HD5770 supports all the latest technology including ATI Eyefinity, ATI stream and DirectX® 11 technology; enables all gamers to experience the step-ahead performance compared with Green party,” says Ted Chen, CEO of TUL Corporation. “Also, with customized cooling fan, PLAY! HD5770 offers maximal OC ability in a cool working environment; we believe it is the best choice for gamers!”

PowerColor PLAY! HD5770 is available on Nov. 30th and retails at US$159.

Nice.
Artic Cooling: check!
No stupid cooler for 12 year-olds: check!
Most likely cheaper than Asus overpriced 5750: Double Check!!
This cooler also reduces fan noise and enhances cooling ability to deliver the ultimate gaming performance in a low-noise, and cool operating environment.

Fixed.

Not only those good points Zabusa, but its a 5770, yay :)

If this is like their HD 5750, then you can't control the Arctic Cooling L7 fan due to the non-PWM (2pin) HSF it has. I'n hopeing they didn't change/remove the voltage controller as well.

not even with software or ATI catalyst?

not even with software/catalyst. if its a 2-pin (ie no PWM) then its uncontrollable. my msi hd4830 has a two pin and theres no way to control it.

Well the 5770 has performance closer to a Nvidia GTX 260 or HD 4870 (at stock for both), so it will leave a 4770 in the dust with little effort. But it does have a price higher than those two offers. So you sacrifice a little performance to get the new tech, Win/Fail is up to the buyer.

Fail in my book, but I own a card that will out perform it and I don't need to connect it to 3 monitors, and don't watch HD movies on my PC so I am not the target audience I am guessing.

Here's the thing though, the stock HD 4770 HSF is only two-pin, but it can be controlled (not RPM monitored) by RivaTuner or CCC. I found it weird, but it probably meant that it was electrically controlled. (Probably controlled by the L6788A.)

My XFX HD 4770 was not a two-pin. I hated all the coolers on the original HD 4770 for reasons that issue was included among.
