On a side-note, that's the picture of Intel's LGA2011 air cooler for Core i7 LGA2011 processors sold in select markets (retail packages include it). It's likely that Core i7-3820 retail package will include that in all markets.

I saw Value and DDR3 2200, then my mind was blown

If the prices are reasonable, I'll have to sell my Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600 cl9 and get me some of theses (depending on the prices I'd hesitate between 2000 and 2200)

There is a benefit, but it is pretty small, especially considering $/perf. 1600 CL8/9 T1 is where I saw diminishing returns
