Mozilla Firefox 10.0 Available for Download

Mozilla has today let loose the 10.0 version of the Firefox browser for Windows, Mac OS and Linux. This release includes several fixes, brings a hidden forward button (which appears when the user navigates back), Full Screen APIs, and features support for WebGL Anti-Aliasing, CSS3 3D-Transforms, and for the < bdi > element for bi-directional text isolation.

I think they leave bugs in on purpose so they can get new version numbers every month

Wow ... who cares. If they want compatibility with series 4 plugins they should simply call it 4.0.10 (or .9), because that's precisely what this is. Morons.

Here For Good!
If you decide to try Nightly, I recommend installing the Nightly Tester Tools Add on, it allows you to use all plugins. Flash 64bit works now as well, no reason to use 32 bit browsers anymore!

so the title should read 7.3 since that is really what version this is right? i mean no one is really buying this major version change every month are they? THAT IS WHAT the numbers AFTER the period are for, updates. i don't see a need for a major version number till x64 is added or some major feature changes... idk i just dont get the point of what mozilla is doing

What's even more funny is that i still see both back and forward buttons at all times.
I also don't get th whole numbering scheme. They made 3 minor fixes/aditions and bam, whole new version number. It's just plain dumb and i'm not sure who are they fooling by the major number increases every month. The only normal ones left are Opera and IE. These two still haven't gone for the stupid numbering scheme.

Was gonna ask if it's any good, but if it's just like the last version, I guess I'll stick to chrome... seems to do me well. Whoever uses the back/forwards buttons is a sucker, you need a mouse with B/F buttons. :rockout: :laugh:

But Chrome doesn't flaunt their version number.... It might be high but I have no idea what version my Chrome is. But I know Opera is 11, Firefox is 10 and IE is 9.

Well this version sucks for me. Every time I close the browser, it stays in memory and if I want to open it, I have to end the process.
