TP-LINK Debuts Versatile Mini Pocket Router

TP-LINK, a global provider of networking products, today announced its new 300 Mbps Wireless N Mini Pocket Router, the TL-WR810N, the latest in a line of innovative portable wireless networking devices designed to take robust wireless networking out of the home and office and on the road.

Uniquely suited to travelers, the TL-WR810N provides robust, 300 Mbps wireless networking with limited setup required and no external power adapter to take up space in hand bags and suitcases. Using default pre-encrypted security parameters in AP mode, users can simply plug the device into a power socket, insert a home, office or hotel's Ethernet cable into one of the device's two 100 Mbps ports and immediately begin enjoying their 300 Mbps wireless connection, saving time and money in locations where wireless internet is either unavailable or expensive.

What's more, the TL-WR810N features a USB port allowing users to charge their devices on the go, such as smartphones or tablets, or use it to share files or media on a connected USB flash or hard disk with network connected users within the local network, acting as a miniature server ideal for entertainment and collaboration.

TP-LINK's 300 Mbps Wireless N Mini Pocket Router will be shown at CES from January 8-11, 2013 Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall 4-Upper Level, Booth 36212
