Interested because these are actually in stock, and EK Blocks are not.

But doesn't say compatible with 290 so emailed to find out.

Got this response.
Hello,

We have yet to confirm if our block is compatible with the standard R9 290. We will check on that and let you know as soon as we can.

It is compatible, because the 290 non - x board is practically IDENTICAL to the 290 X board.

If i weren't waiting for custom board 8 gb, 2x8 power pin 290x, i would choose this block.
Until then, its waiting further for me.

Thanks for heads up. Been checking there twice a day.

That's the only one in stock though. Didn't want to get a clear block this time.

Had picked this one: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/21664/ex-blc-1565/EK_Radeon_R9-290X_VGA_Liquid_Cooling_Block_-_Acetal_EK-FC_R9-290X_-_Acetal.html?id=LBwtHZbt&mv_pc=186

It and the back plate are still not in. Hopefully they will be there soon.

But if koolance guy says the blocks are good for 290, and I'm pretty sure they are, I'll get one of those.
