Another exciting giveaway comes to an end. Here's the winner of TechPowerUp and NVIDIA Shield Tablet giveaway. One lucky winner stood a chance to win an NVIDIA Shield Tablet, the most powerful Android tablet for gaming, which has so much graphics processing muscle, that it has a games and content marketplace of its own, apart from Google Play Store.

Congrats to the winner. I have yet to see a winner in a TPU contest outside Europe and the Americas, middle east for example. I guess no one wants to ship there.

AFAIK they are randomly picked, and I assume most members are americans and europeans.

Back in 2013 I was lucky enough to win a Gigabyte G1 Sniper 3 (z77) from a TPU competition and I was living in Gold Coast, Australia at the time. Free postage and everything which was pretty good. I think it might be just that there would be a lot more people entering from Europe and North America and thus it's more likely someone from those locations might win.
