The AMD C-30 was a mobile processor with 1 core, launched in January 2011. It is part of the C lineup, using the Ontario architecture with Socket FT1. C-30 has 512 KB of L2 cache and operates at 1200 MHz. AMD is making the C-30 on a 40 nm production node, the transistor count is unknown. The multiplier is locked on C-30, which limits its overclocking potential. With a TDP of 9 W, the C-30 consumes extremely little energy. AMD's processor supports DDR3 memory with a single-channel interface. This processor features the Radeon HD 6250 integrated graphics solution. Hardware virtualization is available on the C-30, which greatly improves virtual machine performance.
