I also think it accounts for more deaths than cocaine
I never said it was, did I?
Its the idiots who play it, they are at fault...blaming a game is like trying to blame crack for getting you all messed up.....its your fault for taking it in the first place.
Either way, very sad when people waste their entire day and most of their spare time in life on a game that in all honesty sucks...if only they could get themselves off their WoW account for once they may get laid and have a hell of a lot more fun.
Of course, this doesn't apply to everyone who plays....just a lot of people it appears. :shadedshu
No one is blaming any game except you. Stop stereotyping, what do you think people think about you when you tell them about your computer, most likely that your a basement dweller in your parents home with no girlfriend or social life.... oh yeah thats what you said about WoW players.
Thats a normal generalization, I don't see why you would use it. Out of my group of friends (has to be about 15 of us who play WoW) I have only known 2 ever to have issues with the game being addicting, the rest of us, held jobs and went on with life. I have been a pretty "hardcore" player numerous times, and I have a girlfriend, my own place, a kid, a job, and go to college.
So what you think applies to mostly everyone is almost the exact opposite, at least from my experience. If you don't like the game thats fine, lots of games mot people don't like, but I don't understand why people who don't like this game will openly take aim at other people who play it, and with what seems hatred? It's a game, we all play them and enjoy them, this is no different, you guys need to relax.
Lol! It has always fascinated me the passion in which people will either defend or attack WoW. It's not really a good or a bad thing, just entertaining..............
It defineatly is interesting. I don't think there would be as much defense if people weren't out on a lynchfest. Quiet a few posts in here just make me go :shadedshu on a forum filled with "computer geeks" it's surprising to see some of this, as I would assume anyone of us has been stereotyped like this, yet we turn around and think that its everyone else.
