could be the way how the power supply reads the start-up/shutdown sequence from the BIOS (learned this at Enermax forums they had a lot of Revolution+85`s and Gigabyte`s boards conflicts)Also could be those crossfire bridges one could be bad,I have 2 sets and everytime i clean out my system it happens,so i just go through them until i find the one that is bad.

ATI post roughly one driver a month. and never on weekends.

Well in that case.. since you know I have too much spare time between 3am and 8am and I do not sleep on weekdays I will nerdily start documenting the times they post drivers. I will have to consult google for info and hopefully other users with too much time on their hands will have info on when the driver is posted exactly.

My other hobby is drawing DVD labels onto my backup DVD-R movies with a sharpie to replicate that as seen on the DVD case. the fun comes when you don't actualy write the name of the movie along with the drawing and trying to guess what the dvd is later on.

i need a new game.. did i mention the current selection of PC games has me bored out of my mind from lack of excitement/selection?

FYI. With these drivers installed, The desktop screen occasionally turns all red and the computer freezes. I noticed this happening after playing borderlands .

Oh That's ATI's new special red drivers..... They call it their Christmas edition..... But the real hard ones to find are their Special Green ones..... For the holiday season.... They seem to have a problem with the color green for some reason

I just hope these 9.12's get rid of the flicker on the brakelights, headlights and traffic lights in SHIFT. Only seems to happen with crossfire, and it doesn't happen with 9.10. Since these new ones are supposed to be optimised for shift I live in hope...

i would say the 2x 4850, they are on par with a 5850. Atleast I didnt see much difference between my 4850x2 and 5850.
