Just 40 USD. I bought myself one and got it quickly. It doesn't come with a low-profile adapter though.
Don't let the PCI-E 1.1 scare you, that's still 1GB/s which is more than enough to drive the dual NICs on this card. Supports all the normal goodies afaict (teaming, jumbo frames, etc.)
If your gateway needs a couple more ports, this is a great deal.
