I really liked Cod 1 and 2 and also liked MW1 and WaW and still replay them every couple of years but MW2 put me off to buying anymore CoD titles. I might give Black Ops 1 a try if I can get it for $10 but every time I check Steam it's always $40. I have no idea what's keeping a 4 year old CoD game so high.

But the conversation/argument wasn't just about this game/trailer. You said ALL debut trailers look better than in game content, and I just gave an example you did not refute.

I don't think you get that most debut trailers involve uncompressed or slightly compressed pre-rendered footage. It's pretty unrealistic to expect ALL game content to look as good as the debut trailers.

If you believe that, you don't understand advertising.

You know you're getting this MM. I hope there will be lasers! PEW PEW PEW!!!!

LOL! Do you even know how much of a nerd you sound like right now. Yeah, I said that. I'm done moderating you. I'm using all of my powers to troll you back. The best part is, you cannot troll me back without dire internet consequences because if you try, I will ban you... and that's the ultimate troll. Loser. :p I win. Oh, you best not respond to this as that would be off topic.

Anyhoo! The "future" aspect of this game interests me. I'm ignoring Kevin Spacey for now. It's been a long time since I bothered with CoD and I figure with the constant disappointment of BF4 (though, I do have great fun from time to time), I couldn't possibly be more disgusted trying out this new CoD. Granted, I would most likely go to a Gamestop or Best Buy to try the game out first before buying it.

I hope a lot of the regulars who play BF4 will get this one so we can all play like we do in BF4. CoD has more multiplayer modes too.

If me buying it makes you buy it... I'm buying it. Even if the reviews for this game are horrible, congrats, you're buying it. Nerds workout too man. Seriously though, I think this game looks fun and is probably the closest thing to BF2143 we're going to get.

You have been banned from Gold's Gym. Reason: Doesn't lift bro.

Since both games have been mentioned and I found this video today on youtube I thought to share it: (if it's too off topic I'll remove it)

It was good(Best WWII game this last generation), but I think the older original CoD were the best. Like Call of Duty: Big Red One on PS2.

I loved CoD: UO. Tanks, Jeeps, 88's. Great stuff. Nothing gave me the chills since like those creaking panzer tracks. Base assault is still to this day one of the best multiplayer modes of all time.
