Correct me if I'm wrong, but 2K INR is about 40 US dollars - that is a large price gap! Although the GTS 250 1 GB is the better choice. Price wise I think the ATI 4850 is the is feasibly the better deal.
As for the motherboard, its based on the AMD 790GX chipset so its good.
Personally I think you'd be better off with a cheaper board, one without crossfire, and put the rest of money on 8 GBs of ram or in a savings account.

125 American Dollars is a stupid budget for a motherboard, ok there are exceptions e.g. breaking 3D Mark barriers etc. Phenom II 920 can run on any cheap Socket AM2/AM2+ motherboard, they cost $40-60. $60 can get you a high end one easy.
I think you need to re-evaluate your budget. Just because you have a $125 budget it doesn't mean you have to spend it.
