Crysis Widet2: Map with High-End benchmark released
3DC user Mr. Lolman has released a Crysis benchmark which is said to be a high-end killer. The test is based on a self-made map. Mr. Lolman from the 3D Center has released a Crysis benchmark that is based on the widet2 map. This test sequence is said to bring even high-end systems to their limits. The camera flyby shows a nicely designed landscape with mountains and forests. It is available for download in the 3D Center Forum and is about 130 MByte big. It is intended, that the user runs two loops of the benchmark and records the results with Fraps.
PC Games Hardware already ran several tests with the Widet2 benchmark you can find the results below. If you want to test your own system with Crysis, you should pay attention to Mr. Lolman's benchmark instructions. Feel free to post your own benchmark results in the comments and tell us what you thing about this project.
