Yup! And with that I now have every game I wanted at present all at huge discounts. :) Almost all newer top shelf titles and the most I paid for one (by far) was $25 for Batman during the Black Friday sale.

Nah, it's just that the servers are being raped because of the deals. Normally it maxes out my downstream bandwidth (600k)

If your having problems with downloads & don't want to wait.. I suggest you do this

    File
    Setting
    Downloads
    -then-

set your download region for the closet place to you.. My stock settings was Texas... I had Atlanta and Miami closer...

    Soylent Joe says thanks.

Almost bought the Witcher EE again, because I got bored of DA:O for now, and wanted to rehash that game. Luckily I found my dvd, probably took as long to get it patched as it would be to buy the steam version. Great buy for 13.49 imo. I started a fresh game and I'm into it all over again. Can't wait for the Witcher 2!

Sure it was fast when it was actually bringing in data but it kept dropping off sometimes for 10 mins at at time which is something I've never seen before.

Hah, apparently they ran out of Prey keys so they put up Bioshock in it's place for $5. Damn, what a successful business model. Gabe Newell is laughing all the way to the bank (after a stop at the donut shop). Good for him (and us)!

I bought Prey before it dropped the day after! I think the stratergy is to buy the games as soon as they come out, and only buy the ones reduced till the 3rd ON the 3rd if they haven't come up on the daily specials.

    Right then.. setting stopwatch... go!

YUP YUP!! Just caught that on the annoying announcement page that is always blinking at me when i close a game. Most of the time I hate that page... but for once it was worth it to look at it.

Sweet... BioShock for $5. No... I have never played it. I played the demo but that was it.

I was looking forward to buy Prey. Guess how that went
This is what happens when you don't wait in line to buy the games. God dammit, hope they manage to sneak in a couple more cd keys for it.

    Only if you play MP.

Why not try the OFP2 demo ?. To me it's not worth it as they dumbed the PC version down so it's no better than the console. Crazy but the no lean is why i will not buy it even though you see the AI lean all the time LOL.

I'm more of a OFP\Arma fan just that their extremely CPU intensive.

    Whilhelm says thanks.
