X800 fuses data for unlocking

can my x800gto be unlocked? forgot to post its a r480 core

Yes it can be unlocked . Post your BIOS for moding to 16 pipes.
What is your max core / memory overclock with 12 pipes?

I just got the card installed today and only got it a few days ago, have not had the chance to overclock. it is an HIS IceQ II though so I know it can at least do 500/1000 since they come with a utility that is garunteed to pop the card up to that. will post bios and check overclocking here soon

Here you are your 16 pipe BIOS: Use atiflash (or modified flashrom) with: atiflash -f -p -newbios 0 X80GTO16.bin

I think you need that: http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=10955&page=16 (post N152). Download my utility and the pdf instruction and finally inform us how your card performs with 16 pipes. Please to tell me the Part Number of your card (top-front side) something like: PN 109-A45001-00. It should be the same or close to that.

it seems i also gained few degree, and the overclocking seemed harder to go higher than 438 for the core

here is you mod bios, use atiflash -p 0(zero) -newbios bios16.bin

The fuse data looks good for flashing. To check the number of pipelines, scroll up a bit in atitool, where you took the SS, and you will see it.

Go ahead and post your bios, and someone will modify it for you, or you can contact dolf and he'll send you his automated flash cd image for you to burn.

(The option to save the bios is in the bottom of the miscellaneous section in atitool)
