Your CPu is really bottle necking your crossfire set up. Bump up your FSB to 400 and leave everything else the same and you should see your 3Dmark06 scores sky rocket. I have a 8400 at 3.6Ghz with 4850 crossfire and am getting around 17500.

I have and E5200 @ 3.8ghz 1333FSB and a GTX 260 (216 model) at stock and Im getting 17758 and that was the first run on it with out an OC... so yea.. I know your rig can do way better with that CPU and those 4850's...
