I quite like it! But with 2 460 and only air cooling on the righ + no side ventilation, doesn´t it get very hot?

Not at all, the 460 is not really a hot card and these ones from Asus are even cooler. I always overclock them and the top card runs no higher than 60 degrees when on full load. They idle at about 28-30C. I currently live in Austria so it does get fairly hot in summer but the perforated case really allows for good airflow, especially with all the fans installed. The Zalman does a great job of keeping the cpu nice and cool too, reaching max 45C, overclocked @3.6GHz, at 100% load.

I envy you then, I live in spain so in summer it can get up to 45c here so keeping hardware cool is rather hard, specially GPUs (I´m running 2x 275 (ASUS)

I can see how it could be a problem for you then... I took a look at your build (Nice setup you have there!) and have you considered upgrading your case to something with a bit more airflow? I know you must have spent ages working on the mod (which looks fantastic btw) but it looks like there is very little air getting to your gpu's. A full tower could help keep those temps down.
