Partially inspired by the Thermaltake P5, I wanted to do an open air horizontal case. This was a budget build, so I did all of the fabricating myself including cutting and bending the sheet metal, painting and details. The color scheme was influenced by the MSi Krait Edition motherboard. I personally liked the black & white contrast, and the blue LEDs bring it all together. I didn't want to use red LEDs (even though it is an AMD video card) because red+white=pink. EDIT: Have since upgraded this system. RAM was on sale so I went up to 32GB of the G.Skill.
