AMD Wii U GPU
The Wii U GPU is a graphics card by AMD, launched in November 2012. Built on the 40 nm process, and based on the Latte graphics processor, the card supports DirectX None. The Latte graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 146 mm² and 880 million transistors. It features 320 shading units, 16 texture mapping units and 8 ROPs. AMD has placed 2,048 MB DDR3 memory on the card, which are connected using a 64-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 550 MHz, memory is running at 800 MHz.
We recommend the AMD Wii U GPU for gaming with highest details at resolutions up to, and including, 800x600.
Being a igp card, its power draw is rated at 45 W maximum.
