be quiet! Silent Base 600 Review

Introduction

I would like to thank be Quiet! for supplying the review sample.

be quiet! is known for their high quality coolers and PSUs. In 2014, the company expanded into cases with the Silent Base 800 - a full tower that managed to turn heads and got the media's and consumer's approval (including ours) alike. Now, with the launch of the Silent Base 600, be quiet! is going for the mid-tower market by offering a similar, but more compact chassis. As with the bigger version, the Silent Base 600 comes with your choice of a solid or windowed side panel, and you may also pick between silver, black, green, or orange for its highlights.

Packaging

The Silent Base 600, unlike the Silent Base 800, ships in a plain brown cardboard box with a drawing of the chassis on front and a blow-up diagram of itself on the rear. There is also quite a bit of marketing content on all four sides.

Two Styrofoam spacers and a cloth bag protect the chassis within the cardboard box, so you will receive yours in pristine condition.
