Packaging

Corsair's Hydro Series H115i RGB Platinum comes in an average box that measures in at roughly 35.8 cm long, 19.0 cm wide, and 15.2 cm tall. On the front is a full-color image of the H115i RGB Platinum with the pump illuminated in a rainbow of colors alongside the fans. More than a few features are listed on the front, such as the magnetic levitation RGB fans and, of course, Corsair iCUE support, among others. The left side details the same features again with another image of the cooler. The majority of the specifications along with more of the unit's various features are detailed on the back.

The right side is pretty much the same as the left and has another image of the H115i RGB Platinum lit up in a plethora of colors along with the same list of features. Moving on to the top, a quick summary of the unit's support of Corsair's iCUE software is presented. Meanwhile, the bottom details socket support and what is in the box.

Another all-in-one liquid cooler, another cardboard tray. Like the many other closed-loop coolers to have crossed my desk, Corsair ships their latest unit in a cardboard tray inside a standard box with a sheet of foam on top. The packaging is adequate; however, at $170, I would like to see something a bit nicer in terms of product packaging. Otherwise, the packaging here has proven adequate, so my grievances don't have much merit.

It goes without saying, but the Hydro Series H115i RGB Platinum supports all modern sockets, including AMD's TR4.
