Introduction
I would like to thank
Cougar for supplying the review sample.
We have the Cougar MX500 chassis on our test bench today. The company uses the following phrase to describe it to potential buyers: Sleek-design gaming case with superior capacity and cooling system. Those are some bold words, and we will see whether they really hold true.

Packaging
Cougar ships the MX500 in a plain brown cardboard box with an image of the chassis itself in gray print on the front and a detailed description of its features on the back. Both side panels cover the specifications and come with another view of the case. Two carrying holes there also help in lugging the chassis around.
Two fairly solid Styrofoam spacers hold the chassis in place and protect it from falling damage, while a plastic bag has been applied to keep scratches and fingerprints away.
