D-Tek’s Fuzion GFX is an excellent block that is perfect for dedicated GPU loops with a strong pump. However, if you cool your CPU with a restrictive block, or have several blocks in the loop already, it may be better to look at other solutions.
The Uni-Sink is a good attempt at cooling all the other components on the 8800 GTX and Ultra cards. While contact was not perfect on all of the memory chips, this could be solved either by constructing a pressure plate, or just left alone – it did not seem to impact performance much.
Together, the D-Tek Fuzion and the Uni-Sink make a great couple for cooling an 8800 GTX or Ultra. They bring temperatures down substantially, and allow you to enjoy the silence of water cooling. Only if I were running an already restrictive loop would I look elsewhere for a solution to cooling my 8800 Ultra.
