Introduction

The GeForce GTX 650 Ti with Boost has been on the market for a few weeks now and was received with very positive reviews. NVIDIA's latest card provides a significant performance improvement over the GTX 650 Ti thanks to the added Boost algorithm. Performance is slightly higher than AMD's HD 7850 with very competitive pricing.

Inno3D has engineered a custom GTX 650 Ti Boost using the company's iChill triple-slot cooling solution. A triple-slot cooler promises high cooling performance and low noise—when engineered properly. Inno3D also overclocked their card out of the box. GPU clock is up by 80 MHz, which is a large increase compared to other cards, and the iChill GTX 650 Ti Boost also includes a memory overclock, which we usually don't see on competing products.

According to Inno3D, the iChill GTX 650 Ti Boost will retail for around $190, which is a $20 increase over reference design pricing.

The Inno3D GTX 650 Ti Boost uses two large fans and an industrial-looking fan shroud. The card is 23 cm long and 11 cm high.

Installing the card requires three slots in your system.

Monitor Outputs, Display Connectors

Display connectivity options include two DVI ports, one HDMI port, and one DisplayPort. You may use all outputs at the same time, so triple-monitor surround gaming is possible with one card.

The GPU also includes an HDMI sound device. It is HDMI 1.4a compatible, which includes HD audio and Blu-ray 3D movies support.

A single SLI connector is available, which would allow you to combine up to two GTX 650 Ti Boost cards in a multi-GPU configuration.
