The BIOS that ASUS has provided the ASUS GRYPHON Z87 with is similar to that of most other recent ASUS products, yet it has several features all of its own, including the thematic color scheme of the BIOS interface. The provided options go above and beyond what I expected for a board of this level, which really gave it that feel of a full-fledged, high-end product. I've included screenshots of all the included pages. These shots were simply taken with the built-in screenshot ability inherent to the BIOS.

One thing worth highlighting with the ASUS GRYPHON Z87's BIOS is the way in which the BIOS is left. Before you exit the BIOS, a screen showing all the changes that were made to the BIOS pops up, allowing you to verify that the changes you made really are ones you want to implement. I greatly appreciate this additional step in getting out of the BIOS because it provides that extra visual confirmation on everything, all conglomerated into one.
