Packaging

The cooler comes in a presentable retail package with clear plastic on the front to show the actual cooler inside. The sides of the package list the Vortexx Neo's specifications in multiple languages. On the back of the package there is a lot of useful information such as VGA PCB hole dimensions, a compatibility list, advertised noise level, cooling performance and two pictures featuring the front and back of the cooler.

Contents

Inside the packaging one will find the VGA cooler, a three-pin motherboard fan connector to four-pin Molex adapter, a full color multi-language manual, mounting hardware, thermal pads for the memory, and a small amount of thermal paste. The manual is very easy to use and contains full color step-by-step pictures along with instructions to get the cooler mounted properly. The thermal paste used is white in color and seems to be silicone based while the thermal pads for the VRAM are pink in color and have adhesive qualities on both sides.
