Arctic Cooling E352 Review 2

Arctic Cooling E352 Review

Package & Closer Examination

The E352s from Arctic Cooling come in basically the same box as the E361s we recently reviewed. The E352s we received for review was the version without microphone and remote. With the Arctic Cooling in-ears you get to choose whether it is a feature you want or not and the price difference between a model with or without a microphone is usually within €5, which I think is pretty reasonable considering that the microphone performs alright.

Bundle wise the E352s are well equipped. You get both a carrying case and three sets of quality silicone tips, no foam ends however, or hybrids for that matter.

The tips that Arctic Cooling have designed work really well, definitely on par with that being shipped with the more known brands around. The size span is average with the big sing flange being around the size of a similar classified one from Shure and Ultimate Ears.

From the side you can really thee the woodish covering.

Unlike the E361s these do not have an angled nozzle, which means that the fit is a little worse with these. Also the housing is a bit bigger which means that it might be a tight fit in small ears. The E352s generally look great but the wood does look a bit plasticky whether this is due to the wood or the acrylic coating is unknown.

The nozzle assembly is pretty straight forward. Made from metal it will most definitely not be the first component in these earphones to fail.

One of the things that works very well on the Arctic Cooling E352s is the cable and jack assembly.
