The Card

The bigger cooler is similar to a design from Arctic Cooling a while back. It exhausts hot air out of the case and has additional cooling for the memory chips.


As expected the card uses a dual slot cooling solution for improved thermal performance.


The output configuration follows today's standard. Two DVI ports are available, both are dual link capable, so you can run two 2560x1600 displays at once. In case you still have an old analog VGA monitor you can connect it using the included DVI to VGA adapter. Also included with the package is an HDMI adapter that lets you connect your HD TV set directly to the card with full support for HDMI+HDCP+Audio. The golden connectors are just for looks, since the signal transmission is digital there will be no differences in quality between connector materials.
