Kingston Wi-Drive 16 GB Review

A Closer Look

The Wi-Drive is quite flat and has the dimensions of a compact smartphone. The plastic body aims to mimic the design elements of an iPhone, with the grey ring and curved black covers. A thin layer of plastic has been applied to protect it from scratches. This can be peeled off quite easily.

You will find a fairly large Kingston logo on the front, along with the name of the device, while the back holds a large sticker with the model name and size, serial number and various seals of approval.

Two small icons on the left edge of the device label the two non-visible LEDs, to the left of a small, clear power button. Kingston has embedded a Mini-USB plug into the Wi-Drive, for easy charging and data transfer to and from the unit.
