Installation

Everyone has their own order of doing things when it comes to building a computer. I always start with installing the motherboard, so with the PC-A70 I removed the M/B tray and mounted the board. After that, I started on the PSU, and the first thing is to attach the PSU plate to the PSU.

With the PC-A70 you get to choose where you want to position the PSU - Up top or down bottom. I choose to put it on the bottom (not for any particular reason). Then the motherboard and tray went back into the case. I ran into an issue with the support bracket and the giant cooler I had. It came down to using a smaller cooler or removing the bracket, so naturally I removed the bracket.

Things are starting to come together now, and I started to run the wires from the PSU. In the meantime the optical drive was mounted and and its cables attached.

I always liked the way Lian Li did its hard drive system with the anti-vibration dampeners. The system works very well to cut down on noise and it also is a breeze to mount and remove the hard drives.

Finished Look

Here's the system all wrapped up in assembly.

A couple more pictures of the system all together.
