Recently TechPowerUp! took a look at the Tuniq Tower, which is the high-end heatsink in Sunbeam's product line. Although its performance was excellent, not everyone could afford to pay the price for that performance. In many cases entry level systems are built with the stock coolers due to the lack of money available for advanced cooling. To help those systems with their cooling dilemmas, Sunbeam has added the Silent Whisper to their list of products. Retailing for only $19.99, the Silent Whisper may fit in to the budget of many entry level systems.
