Intel Kentsfield quad core CPU in Q1 2007

Intel roadmaps show that they will be releasing a quad core CPU in Q1 2007, codenamed "Kentsfield". It will be released the same month as Windows Vista. Kentsfield will replace the Conroe Extreme Edition, which will be released Q3 this year. The Kentsfield quad core CPU will be released as a "Viiv" chip and a standard desktop chip.
