The Intel Atom N570 was a mobile processor with 2 cores, launched in March 2011. It is part of the Atom lineup, using the Pineview architecture with BGA 559. Thanks to Intel Hyper-Threading the core-count is effectively doubled, to 4 threads. Atom N570 has 512 KB of L2 cache per core and operates at 1667 MHz. Intel is building the Atom N570 on a 45 nm production process using 176 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Atom N570, which limits its overclocking capabilities. With a TDP of 9 W, the Atom N570 consumes extremely little energy. Intel's processor supports DDR2 and DDR3 memory. This processor features the GMA 3150 integrated graphics solution. The SSE4 instruction set is not supported, which can cause problems with modern games, as they require that capability.
