Crysis plays better in DX10 mode, nice..

I was already on 9.5 hotfixes so only ccc would install. So I manually installed the drivers, Windows 7 x64 build 7201. My max resolution went from 2560x1600 to 1856x1392. When I tried to set any resolution, ccc would say unknown resolution. Also lost scaling to full screen with this version of ccc.

Everything works for me in Vista. I dropped 7 because of the image scaling not working and Vista is still better imo.

I had the drivers install with my card, the performance is nice, however GTA 3 crashes, so its back to the 8.11 beta.

Waiting a week would be wasting a week of my time... so, how is downloading it NOW wasting my time?

The drivers have to exist in their final form weeks before you see them online, in order to pass WHQL testing.

these are leaked copies of the drivers. We got them here first, before they came out on the ATI site.

We dont know much more than that, because they are leaked we dont have the release notes.
