ive done about 30+ matches 1v1. and its a ton of fun. Quite challenging. Im much more motivated to get good compared to regular starcraft. There's no money maps right now to corrupt me like they did when i started starcraft years ago.

There're no AI in beta (it does nothing). It's there for you to look around first b4 going into multiplayers mode.

It's just there, and it does nothing, that's what I meant. There are no different between easy and hard AI. It's for for testing purpose, units, building trees, stuffs like that.

My buddy has successfully run it on an old dell laptop using win xp. I cant remember the processor but im pretty sure otherwise its integrated graphics. laptop has to be 5 years old. granted he ran it on minimum settings. But anyway, you can spend minimal dollar and be able to play it.

There were numerous ladder resets for phase 1, and yes there was one before this phase as well. If you pick beginner you get 5 preliminary matches. Which are on maps that prevent rushing. Then its 5 placement matches to put you in a league. The beta ended on june 7th i believe, and they said it would come up in a few weeks before the release of the full game
