Dirt 2 Time Trials Challenge

over in the clubhouse we were taking shots at beating the time trials on some of the tracks so i thought i would setup this thread to keep a score list of all the time trials on each track

Rules.

1.) You can use any car you wish

2.) submit your time and what car you used in our standard format example below

3.) use fraps or tpu capture to take a screenshot (fraps is easier)

Not time invalidated anymore LOL but I still can't beat the "World Record" ghost (which is at 1:46:05 for Rally cars)

Sounds like fun but with the option to invalidate the time trials with flashbacks I hope people tell the truth.. of course you could always add people to your friends list and and check yourself.

yeah that is a good idea trip would it be to much to make it mandatory to be on my friends list though?

I'd consider it to be more reasonable to have a posted screen from the game, either after the race or from the another place that proves your best time on a certain track. Although the friends list wouldnt be too bad if you can easily view a friend's track records.

What I did was switch into windowed mode with alt+enter and screenshotted with TPUcapture.

At the bottom of each race zone there is an option to enter time trials mode.

No point in me lying if I already mentioned being "time invalidated" and not even beating the "World Record" time.

It's wasnt directed at anyone.. I was just speaking in generalities.

Am I turning into a perfectionist though? I'm doing a time trial of Ait Benhaddou with an Impreza WRX STI but whenever I get damage, wherever I am, I restart. Hence I don't finish lol

when you go into the world grid thing and select your region all the way at the bottom there is time trials
