Mmm, Vulkan is a little bit better, but continues to fail at the Z buffer.

Vulkan means nothing just like Dx12 right now, and probably won't for another year or so.

Should I even bother? does anyone else confirm that its a good driver with 7970/280x in Crossfire?

for some maybe, for others it is in use as we speak.

The new Hitman has DX12 and while I don't see anything special running it(other than it seems locked at 60fps) It runs well regardless

Running fine here on my 290X

The toggle has seemed to address the downclocking issue I was having in some games clocks are literally higher by double and framerates by a corresponding amount and Firestrike nets me a 2% increase in all tests by simply changing the toggle with the same drivers.
