So i sourced an image of the mount clips I am referring to. Apart from using pliers, what is the method to remove the plastic clips? I forgot as the last time I worked on K8 mobos was a while ago...!

Experts out there... please school me!!!

edit:
Thanks for the responses, but I worked out the method in the second response.

You have to push the lock mechanism from the bottom up, then pull the top until you hear all the bits click through. Then you can just push gently and they will fallout. No need to "pry" anything.

will post pictures to help future users.

Hey there! I remembered the technique, not sure how I managed that, but there is a little bit underneath you push with a flat tweezer (the non clipping end, the other end)

Will post pictures soon, hopefully to help other people in the future.

Very simple, and to anyone out there, DONT USE PLIERS!!

Never seen plastic clips always been metal bolts for me at least.

The bottom end has a tab pushed into it if I remember correctly.

Its common sense. Look at the bottom. Pry the tab out the remove the pin

Actually that is a stopper. The top of the cap is a push lock. Use your finger nails to pull it up. Once it is out of the way you can squeeze the bottom clasp to get it out. I have that used four of these on a board in a box in my closet. Probably have the base plate still too.
