I'm in the market for a new monitor.

The FOV (for games that support it) would be amazing!

And yea, it's close to having two 24" 1920h monitors side by side, kick ass for multiple windows.

Yes, some game doesn't support it natively and need to tweak game .inf file

Amazing in shooter game and lil annoying in RTS, IMO

i bought a similar one a while back (2k) & returned it within a week. it was almost comical IMO,it was SO wide, and SO narrow, i just couldnt use it....i put my old Dell Ultrasharp back in my office desk, and decided to wait for a different option. & sent it back to Newegg. For some people it is okay, and other it isnt i guess

Good question, I've started at a few Tv's in best buy and actually liked them. If you look at most multiple monitor setups, they are typically arranged in a curve. Wish I could give one a whirl just to be sure.

All new games support ultra-wide display resolutions. I've had an ultra-wide for 3 years now.

I don't trust LG. personal experience with a DVD drive that wouldn't write with the default OS writer. People complaining of uneven backlight and other annoyances.

No matter what the make, it seems they all have issues one way or another. The reviews for this on Amazon are quite a bit better than most, even Samsung. And they read like they were written by real people, not fake Chinese reviewers like a lot ones I've come across for smaller products.

If you want to use multi monitor now or in the future, will having a curved screen impact this? Does your seating or viewing position benefit or suffer by a curved screen?

With a monitor this size, I don't see using a second one... I usually sit 3'-4' away from any monitor. I think I may just visit Best Buy, maybe they have one or two similar sized on the floor to check out.

That one shows 75Hz refresh, the one I posted shows 60Hz, though some reviews state 75
