look i will buy this monitor in some months and also i will buy new 2080 ti gtx
Then you should be waiting to start your selection process until you are ready to buy. In "some months", all those models you are considering could be discontinued, or revised. Totally new models could be released.
Use this time to learn about current (and coming) technologies and to determine and refine your needs and wants. Then, when you are actually ready to buy, do your homework and find the monitor that fulfills those needs and wants.
Same with your graphics solution. If you are not ready to buy today, don't pick a card today. In "some months" see what is available, then pick the card you want.
One last thing. It is critical to remember graphics solutions are often the most power hungry devices in our computers. It is very common to need a bigger power supply when upgrading the graphics. The specs for that 2080 Ti recommend
at least a 650W supply though actually needs should be calculated when ready to upgrade.
Do NOT try to trim money off the budget with a cheap supply! If your current supply is inadequate, you need to budget for and install a new, fully capable,
quality supply BEFORE you install that new graphics solution.
