Well that's depend on your GPU bios....If you don't have any experience don't mess with that IF you want to try you can change your card bios....Anyway put the 5% and it will work just fine maybe in some very rare cases card will not be able to get more power and this could limit your MAXIMUM frame rates but on that clock settings(1300-1350mhz)it should work just fine if you want to push that OC on even higher numbers then it could be tricky.....

okey i will just leave the power limit, and do setup fans curve and clock speed only, will be back with result thx

i need to charge myphone brb
You should learn how to take screenshots man. Clear images are helpful. If you want to capture the whole screen hit the PrtScn button then paste the image on the clipboard into Paint. If you want only one window on the screen, make sure it is in focus (front) hold down alt and then hit PrtScn, paste and save (there are several other ways to do this too - windows snipping tool to name another). Your screencaps remind me of 1999.

It's even easier if he use win10.....I personally just click on Windows Ink Workspace and then crop/save my screen in few sec...

actually im on win10 demo hehe
wow result is good, except the fan noise, it is now stable on 77c, and i got extra few fps nice, thankyou:toast:

NP...If you see that your card is acting stable you can try and push it a bit more your core clock and memory or I will suggest you to try and underclock yours Core Voltage even more and that could lower your temp a bit.....

ohyes one thing, im curious whats underclock voltage for? itsnt more clock need more power?!

Generally it does BUT with Polaris&Vega cards many times overall results could be much better with a bit of Voltage underclocking and GPU overclocking....don't ask me way because it's a bit complex thing to explain....In short people tend to OC those cards on high clocks adding it more power and get worst results then other people who have lower clocks but undervolted cards and that's because their cards more or less stay more constantly on those speed instead of just hitting it higher clocks and throttle it down again&again......

P.S.Every card is also a bit different so you should tweak&test and test&tweak until you get overall performance that will satisfy your "ego"...

fuq i almost mess my card justnow, it took me 3hours to fix this, this is my 1st time repaste card myself and i almost broke my card haha, i got temporary brick, cant booting, my mobo alarm 1 long & 2short beep, i try use igpu and check the card, using -i command it show polaris 10, test fail, r600spi, vbios blank, and try force flash, even -s bios command doesnt work, it give me error report "failed to read rom", i tho it completly broken since i shed the thermal, lucky me after cleanup up it almost take half hour, finnaly it does post boot again!! and the temp is nice now with auto setup

i will let the it be for few hours again, hope it wont broken :D

this cheap stuff fix my card yay

Be careful when you adding paste because most of them are electrical conductive and if you put to much they can spill on board and cause electrical short circuit....

yes i acidsntly spil it right on bottom near black square(theres 5/6 square component with samsung nnamed) i think it got short circuit, stipl lucky it work again after cleanup and leave it for awhile hehe
look it almost undetected

Only a few are actually electrically conductive... the liquid metals are in particular.

His also says this on the webpage:
Pure Electrical Insulation
Z3 is specially made to avoid any electrical damage resulted by thermal paste.

I doubt that is what happened. I bet he potato's the installation.;)

Well...to be precise the liquid metal for sure but when it comes to the regular thermal grease even if is not(100%)electrically conductive the compound is slightly capacitive and could potentially cause problems if it bridges two close-proximity electrical paths......

eah should be carefull from now on, anyway the card seems pretty good, i left it for 2hours again now, the temp still good, thx for the help guys, this red devil finnaly calmdown :toast:

as5 is slightly capacitive. Otherwise a majority are inert.

As always best practices, but few are conductive/capacitive and would cause damage. :)
