Vista 32 bit has more support and generally has better drivers.

i have all the drivers for both i was useing 64bit for a while it was alot faster installing programs and games but did'nt notice any think while playing a game so you think stay with 32 bit i can't even use all my ram

Trick question right, and the answer is XP? ;)

To be honest, I really believe Vista shouldn't have been released for another year. Vista, as it is - is crap. We're still using 32bit when we should have all moved over to XP64 long ago.

Still, to answer your question, technically Vista64 should be the better choice - in a perfect world - but realistically, like kwchang007 said... 32bit has better driver support. Which is a shame really, we should all be using these 64bit chips in a 64bit environment.

Ubuntu FTW!

Hmm I forgot to look at your specs. If you've tried x64 and all your programs are compatible then do 64 bit, you'll have more that you can use.

but most of the drivers now you can get from windows updates i realy don't no which to pic from

i'd say get 64 just so you can have the future compatibility :)

o live or die... awesome rig man!

64-bit is better all around...One key feature is that it transfers your files at a faster rate.

It's also future proof... So have fun with 64-bit!

For future-proofing then 64bit, but I personally see no gain in using 64bit, and just a lot of hassle if (like me) you have a lot of unsigned drivers.

Ya...thats the biggest hassle with the 64bit VISTA...unless you want to do the F8 trick on every boot(Which Isn't that much of a Hassle Actually) 64bit Is the way to go.....I've been running Vista64 for about 5 days now with No Issue.....my games run.....Dunno If they are any faster...but there not any slower I can tell you.....Biggest Issue I ran Into was with ATI Tool...got fed up with It and just flashed my card to maintain fan speeds and Voltages....Fixed that...After you kill off the crap you don't want...(UAC...Defender) then It's all good. :)

ok thanks guys ill install the 64bit
