I know what the problem is. It's because XP didn't natively support SATA until SP3 came out. I used to have this problem all the time back in the day when fixing PCs for a living. But I can't for the life of me get it to run on this netbook. I've downloaded the appropriate Intel F6 driver diskette, it still bluescreens after loading the driver. I've tried slipstreaming the drivers into an ISO with nLite, it still bluescreens. Can someone either provide me with an ISO for XP vanilla or SP1 that will load the SATA drivers properly? Maybe SP2 if you think it wouldn't chug like SP3 does. I have a legitimate license for it, I just can't get a working install because of the lack of driver support.
