Cool good luck with that.i only have 1 stick of ram i might get a new psu and see if that works and my cooler came with pre applied thermal paste
Last thing I will reply.
One stick of ram limit's your pc to single channel mode.
This results in half the bandwidth of a typically setup pc, hitches in games(AAA) etc and is not advisable for a gamer's use case.
Your memory is poorly supported anyway and your now prepping to spend money on one part of your pc that's showing no major evidence of being faulty, unlike the memory that can't even pass memtest.
Hunt out and buy patriot viper 3000 16Gb in 2x8 sticks certified for use on Ryzen.
It's a cheaper but very compatible set of memory with a fair chance of fixing all your issues as opposed to a PSU , your choice.
Finally ,next time try n be more open to ideas.
Because something was ok at one point doesn't necessarily mean it will stay that way.
And your having issues so something isn't right, mostly your attitude IMHO.
