How tight should motherboard screws be when screwing them in the case

What happens if you over tighten your motherboard screws?

and how tight should I turn them should I turn them until they stop?
 
Motherboard screws can strip the brass standoffs (not to mention you can crush the PCB if the standoffs do not strip soon enough). Screw them in just snug enough to hold the board in place. It's nothing to be afraid of, just not a part you want to see how tight it can go.

Is screwing them until I feel resistance fine I also unscrew them and screw them again just in case I overtighten
 
until you need a non reasonable force to turn the screw.. "normal"... not tight.
 
Screw them in until they stop, then you stop.
 
Same answer as here, basically. Just hand tight at most.
